โครงการนี้ถือว่าฮอตมาก โดยเฉพาะ 1 Bed คนตามหาเยอะมาก แต่ด้วยราคาที่ถูกเอเจนดัมพ์ราคาลง ทำให้ต้องดัมพ์ตาม ซึ่งทำให้โอกาสปิดยากขึ้นตามไปด้วย ราคาที่ตั้งกับราคาที่ Owner ต้องการจึงไม่สอดคล้องและปิดยาก แต่ถือว่าลูกค้าสนใจโครงการนี้เยอะมาก
